Development of the Didactic units

These Didactic units were one of the planned product and has been done by collaboration of the schools and translated to 3 languages : Spanish , Lithuanian and English.

the contents have been developed in several didactic units using Exelearning Platform

Three versions of the Didactic units

These entrepreneurship Didactic Units have been made as one of final product of the UIPEC Erasmus Project (eucrafts.eu), which develops several objetives relationated with crafts, entreprenurship skills, Inclusion of Tics and improve the the entrepreneurial culture among the students with the theme of crafts.

This Final Product will be developed in didactic units which could be used together in a course, or as individual units to develop independent subjets.

In the first didactic unit, Didactic Unit 1. Introduction to Entrepreneurship ,we will learn General Entrepreneurship Issues.

These general concepts will teach the importance of the enviroment of an enterprise, the competences that an entrepreneur should develop and an special unit which aims to demysthify of the general errors of being a entrepreneur.

The second chapter is dedicated to the Didactic Unit 2. Entrepreneur Skills, where we discuss important skills of an entrepreneur like organising, leadership and others.

The Didactic Unit 3. Planning & Management for Entrepreneurs is a Chapter is dedicated to one of the most important skills in this world the capacity to Planning decisions & Management for Entrepreneurs.

In the Fouth Secction, Didactic Unit 4.Myths about the entrepreneurship, we will try to aboord some Myths about the entrepreneurship which produces insecurity in new entrepreneurs.

One of the most innovative techniques in the entrepreneurial world is The Canvas Model and all its sheets which helps you to start a business from scrach. Didactic Unit 5 Improving the Creativity with Canvas Model is dedicated to learn this tool with can improve our entrepreneur creativity.

Sixth Chapter,Didactic Unit 6. Crafts Investiment, is dedicated to the Investiment Skills, very important to manage the money that we can use to improve your business.

Seventh chapter, Didactic Unit 7. Example of Business Plan, is dedicated to help to do one importan>t task which has to face every entrepreneur: creating a Business Plan by an Example. On this didactic unit, we follow the process to make a bussiness plan with an example of a small business.

To sell products and services is the blood and the soul of every single company, specially in crafts bussines which have to marks differences with industrual wares. Didactic Unit 8. Marketing, the eigthth chapter speaks to us about the Marketing which is like an art that every entrepreneur must master.

Human resources is an important part of the Entrepreneurship. This Didactic Unit 9. Job Application Training, isdedicated to begginers and in this chapter we give you the keys to make a successful Job Application Training.

In tenth place, in Didactic Unit 10. Analysing ourselves with SWOT tool, we will learn an important tool to define the characteristic of our bussines and the risks and oportunities that we should afford.

Finally, In eleventh place, Didactic Unit 11. Looking for money: Sources of Financing we will study one recurrent problem that always have all those who decide this way of life : Get money for our business in the chapter Sources of Financing for Companies.

Shared UIPEC-GBPE Mobility GBPE C4 Spain

This Shared Mobility GBPE C4 Spain , has been configurated as the 4th European Congress: “Innovative tools For ICT Learning” of the Project : Girls and Boys are Programming in Europe with code 2019-1-CZ01-KA229-061282.

As 3 of the 5 patners (Spain, Iceland & Czech Republic ) of the project are part of the UIPEC Project, which has some commons objetives, we have created some activities which are helpfull to both projects.

This Mobility was planned to be developed in Spring of 2020 as the third mobility but due the confinations, it had to be postponed to this March 2022 as the third mobility before Italy.

In this congress, Teachers and students from the differents schools of the erasmus project participated in the following activities : cultural activities, formation sessions, exhibitions and Working Sessions.

Synergies & Cooperation

Three Teams of this This project (Spanish, icelandic and Czech Teams) shares another project which is relationated with Crafts ( Using ICTs to preserve European Craftsmanship ). We have developed several activities which can be beneficial for both projects.

This project has also count with the support of the Torremolinos town hall which has included our project in several local activities, The picasso Cultural center where we have celebrated the welcome ceremony, Computer Science Universty of Málaga and the Malaga Universitity, The UMA International Hub, PTA (Technology Park of Andalusia (Malaga Silicon Valley) whose international section has worked to prepare an entrepreneurship activity , some Local enterprises and of course the IES Playamar Team.

From these lines we want to thanks for their help and collaboration.

Workshop 4: IFTTT Automation

This activity is part of the A33 Crafts Entreprise fair A33: crafts mini-companies fair it was one of the final products which take place in Saku, Here you can see some of the proposals based in Canvas Model

It was organized under the leadership of Innicia Team of IES Playamar and to make diffusion of it we used the Etwinning and youtube Platform.

The fair consisted on that students prepared some companies using canvas about crafts using ICT and then they had to present the entreprise.

2. Development of the Planned Products

100% of all the planned products have
been elaborated with high quality standards

This project was planned to make a great effort for all teams to create a amazing number of high quality products . The problem was that we haven’t demanded specific budget to develop this products so we have had to work hard and create them only by the effort of the teachers & Students.

3. Awards & Dissemination of the project

Only in the eucrafts.eu webs, we have got more than 100.000 interactions, without counting on Social Networks & Newspapers. We have been granted with a Etwinning Quality Label.

Media : Several newspapers and local tv have informed of our activities.

Awards : We worked in the etwining platform and got the quality label in our project in two of the countries in Lithuania and Czech Republic

4. Individual Evaluation of each mobility.

In the UIPEC project, Coordinators to establish two ways to evaluate the progress of the project
The first one was a meeting that professors held at the end of each mobility to suggest and evaluate what had being successful and what we should change.

The second one but more important was an online google form that should be to be filled by students and teachers participating in the mobilities

The results were 80-95% of satisfaction with the mobilities

A7: Creativity Books biding crafting Workshop

This Formative Session A7: Creativity Books biding crafting was imparted by Elisabeth Santaella , who developed a very interesting Crafting workshop associated to a craft so tied to the educative world as the creation of our owns notebooks. Sewing them by ourserves.
